For consultancies

Your service, as software. Your clients, paying monthly.

You do the same work for every client, and you do it well. But it runs on your hours, so the business can only grow as fast as you can. We turn the repeatable part of what you deliver into software that runs for every client, so you can take on more of them without more hours, or charge each one monthly for it to run in the background.

You’ll recognise at least one of these.

  • You have a handful of clients and can’t take on more without dropping your standards.
  • The process lives in your head, a spreadsheet, or a tool you built yourself that works in your hands and nobody else’s.
  • Each client pays a one-off fee, and next month starts from zero.
  • There’s no clean way to hand the work to someone else.

Once it runs as software, four things change.

  • You take on more clients. The limit was your hours, not your expertise.
  • The same revenue takes less of your time. The work still gets done; you’re not the one doing it every time.
  • You sell what you know, not only what you do. Your process, packaged, running for clients in the background.
  • One-off fees become monthly ones. The software stays with each client, and they pay you every month.

Two services that became software.

KIMA, deal management for estate agencies in Germany. An investor had a consultant build it with Claude, then brought Mykola in to build it properly. It ran with one CRM hardwired, and about half of it worked. In ten weeks it became software any agency signs up to and sets up its own process in, with any CRM plugged in, so adding a customer no longer means rebuilding anything.

Our own lead-generation service. Ten clients at €2,000 a month, all done by hand, with no room for an eleventh. We turned it into software: the same revenue in a fraction of the time, with no cap at ten. Then it became SignalsAPI, a monthly-subscription product that customers sign up to on their own. It reads a million pages a day, with nobody on duty, and we run it today.

From one client’s work to software that runs without you.

  • 1. Free scoping. Walk us through what you do for one client, on a call or with your documents and spreadsheets. We scope the first version and how many weeks it takes, and you approve the scope before paying anything.
  • 2. The rest follows once you start. In plain English: what the software does, what comes after the first version, and what we won’t build at all. See a sample scope.
  • 3. We build, in your own accounts. One architect deciding, AI models writing, in your GitHub and your cloud.
  • 4. You see it working. A demo video arrives 24 hours before each weekly call, first running for one client, then for a second without you.
  • 5. You say yes, or not yet. Only what you accept counts as done. Change direction any week, no change fees. Stop after any week.

The first version is running in one to four weeks, depending on what you start with. We confirm the number at scoping.

The software is yours, not ours.

The software is your product. The code is in your company’s GitHub and the cloud accounts are in your company’s name from the first day. Your clients pay you, not us. You add us as a user to your accounts, the way you would a new employee, and remove us whenever you like.

Scoping is free. Then you pay a week, or a month, at a time.

Free scoping is free. $5,600CAD $7,900£4,200€4,900 a version, one week of building, ending with something your clients can use. Stop after any week, with no notice period.

Expect to build for three months or more? Monthly is $22,500CAD $31,500£16,500€19,500 a month, cancelled any month, and less than buying the same weeks one at a time.

Not sure what to turn into software? The CTO Hour is $575CAD $800£425€500, and comes off your first week if you build with us within 30 days.

Every version comes with 30 days of bug fixes at no charge. After that, if you want us to keep it running for your clients, maintenance is priced in tiers by what we keep running. See the price and terms.

Questions a consultant asks.

Can a consulting service be turned into software?

Usually, yes: the part you repeat for every client. You keep the judgement only you can give; the software does the rest, for every client at once.

You already built your own automation. Is that useful?

Yes. Bring it. It usually works for you and breaks for the next client. That’s the limit of the tools you had, not a mistake, and it gives us a head start.

How do your clients pay monthly for it?

The software runs for each client in the background, so you charge for it running, not for your hours. We build the sign-up and the per-client set-up in, so adding a client doesn’t need us.

Does it mean handing over your passwords?

No. You add us as a user to your own accounts and remove us whenever you like.

Show us what you do.
