Built with AI tools
We rebuild products made with AI tools until they hold up with real users.
Built with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, v0 or Base44, by you or a freelancer? It works in the demo. Then real users arrive, it breaks, and every fix breaks something else. Or it looks finished, and the hard part underneath turned out to be bigger than anyone thought. We keep what works, rebuild what doesn’t, and ship a new version every week until your users rely on it.
You’ll recognise at least one of these.
- It demos well. Users try it once and leave.
- Every change breaks something else, and nobody, the tool included, can say why.
- One customer’s details, or the passwords, are written into the code.
- It runs in one place, and nobody is sure what happens when two people use it at once.
- You can’t tell whether what it shows your users is right.
That isn’t a mistake you made. These tools are good at a first version and bad at a twelfth. They build whatever you ask on top of whatever is there, and nothing is ever taken away. The tool was the right first step. This is the second.
What we find in week one, whoever built it.
- Nothing holds the features together. Each one was added on its own, so each change reaches into all the others.
- Secrets in the code. A customer, a password or a key written straight in, where anyone with the code can read it.
- Outside services wired straight in. When one of them changes, the product breaks.
- It runs on one machine and nowhere else. No test copy, no backups, nothing watching it.
The fix is one core that every feature runs through, with tests on every change. Then the next feature is a small change, not a risk.
The screens aren’t the safe part either.
Screens that look finished are often the most fragile part. They break as easily as what sits underneath, the first time a real user does something the demo didn’t. So we build all of it to hold: the screens, the data, the AI, the servers, sign-in, tests and deployment, in your own GitHub and your own cloud account. Where your screens work, they stay.
AI-written code carries a risk you can check.
Veracode’s 2025 GenAI Code Security Report tested code written by more than 100 AI models. AI-written code introduced security flaws in 45% of the tests. That isn’t a reason to stop using the tools. It’s a reason to have someone senior check what they produced before your users’ data depends on it.
Every version we ship has sign-in and roles set up properly, each customer’s data kept apart, secrets out of the code, and backups and monitoring switched on.
From a vibe-coded dead end to new features again.
A real-estate deal management company in Germany, KIMA. An investor had a consultant build it with Claude, then brought Mykola in to build it properly. It was deployed, it served nobody, and about half of it worked. Nobody, the AI included, could say which half.
In ten weeks it became software any customer can sign up to and set up their own process in, with any CRM plugged in. Now they ask their AI tool for a new feature, and nothing else breaks.
- 10 weeks from a codebase that half worked to one their own tools extend
- 1 small piece to add for each new CRM, instead of a rewrite
- 0 passwords left in the code
Change direction any week. No change fees.
You don’t need to write a spec of what the tool built. Show us what you have: a link, a login, the code. We write down what the first version fixes and how many weeks it takes, and you approve the scope before paying anything. Then you’re on a call every week with Mykola, our senior architect, 25 years building software. Tell him what your users said, and next week’s work changes to match. A demo video arrives 24 hours before each weekly call.
Scoping is free. Then you pay a week at a time.
Free scoping is free. Share what you have and we scope the first version and how many weeks it takes: security, data, tests, the parts that break. You approve the scope before paying anything.
$5,600CAD $7,900£4,200€4,900 a version. A version is one week of building, ending with something running that you can put in front of users. Stop after any week.
Not sure the product can be saved? The CTO Hour is $575CAD $800£425€500, ends in a straight answer, and comes off your first week if you build with us within 30 days.
Questions people ask about a product built with AI tools.
Can you make a Lovable app production-ready?
Yes, that’s a common starting point. Share what you have and we scope the first version for free: what it fixes and how many weeks it takes, before you pay anything. The same goes for Bolt, Replit, Cursor, v0 and Base44.
A vibe-coded product keeps breaking. Does it have to start again?
Usually not. We keep what works, often including the screens, and rebuild what holds the rest back. If it really isn’t worth saving, we say so, and why.
Can you fix a Bolt app that breaks with real users?
Yes. We find why it breaks in week one, fix the cause rather than the symptom, and give it tests so the next change doesn’t break it again.
Can you keep using the AI tool after the rebuild?
Yes. Once every feature runs through one core, your tool can add the next feature without touching the rest. That’s what KIMA does today.
Who owns it?
You do, from the first day. The code is in your company’s GitHub and the cloud accounts are in your company’s name.
